“It’s just because of the distance from the main campus. “It will be our first freestanding ER,” Victor DiPilla, vice president and chief business development officer for Christ Hospital told the Cincinnati Business Courier. It will also have an emergency room and helicopter pad. The hospital will offer surgical services, including rooms with extended recovery for patients, an emergency room, comprehensive radiology imaging, outpatient therapies as well as physician services that include primary care, orthopedics, cardiology and urology. The network will break ground in October 2015 on The Christ Hospital Medical Center-Liberty Township, which will sit on 17 acres.
